The best part of this offer is that there’s no headache of a full rental contract and you would have yourself a fully furnished apartment, this at the same cost yet with much lesser hassle. It proves to be an easier affair as you would not be bound by contract and the only worries would be utilities bill and the rent. However, the only thing you would need to worry about a ‘gaijin house’ would be the environment and safety. Be sure to scout the place before rushing into matters.

Differences Between Japanese And Western Rooms
For Japanese style room, they use ‘tatami’ flooring while the Western style room has either wooden floor, cushion floors, or carpets. However, as observed, Tokyo apartments now preferred the Western style. Probably because most customers who occupy the apartments are foreign nationals who prefers to feel the same comfort and luxury of their own home.
